As a past nurse, Stephanie is passionate about helping others. She achieved her certification at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy & Hydrotherapy in Victoria, BC. Her therapeutic touch incorporates Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release Techniques with different types of pressure and she also provides a gentle and relaxing treatment if preferred. As a lifelong learner with an innate curiosity about the mind-body connection, learning about the nervous system and its direct correlation to our pain perception was very insightful for her. As a result, she aims to calm the nervous system in every treatment to facilitate the balance needed for healing the body. She is looking forward to furthering her knowledge and incorporating mindfulness into her practice to help you meet your wellness goals. She hopes to provide you with some well deserved relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.
